All orders are subject to acceptance by elvionex. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Payment must be received in full before product shipment. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. All prices are in Australian Dollars unless otherwise specified.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of order confirmation. We make every effort to ensure price accuracy but reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Product availability is subject to change. In the event of unavailability after order placement, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a full refund.
We will make reasonable efforts to ship products within stated timeframes. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
elvionex warrants that hardware wallets will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase when used under normal conditions.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover software issues that may be resolved through firmware updates.

To make a warranty claim, contact our support team with proof of purchase and description of the defect. Our sole obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace defective products at our discretion.
Warranty replacement products may be new or refurbished and will be covered by the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.
